‘Insights’ is the 3CL Foundation’s forthcoming occasional paper series which is due to launch in autumn 2026. The series aims to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners and policymakers to critically explore the reflexive relationship between technology and society with a particular focus on learning, communication and digital governance. Its contributions will draw on interdisciplinary perspectives combining education with sociology, psychology, communication studies, computer and digital sciences, media literacy, information literacy, anthropology and economics.
The 3CL Insights series will reflect the rapidly evolving relationship between technology, learning, and society. Rather than publishing on a fixed schedule, papers will be released individually as relevant issues arise. This approach allows authors to respond to emerging developments with timely, in-depth analyses and thoughtful argumentation, free from the constraints of a traditional journal cycle.
