3CL Foundation is retiring "EdTech" in favour of "LearnTech", putting the learner's experience ahead of institutional systems. Its Strategic Plan 2026-2028 introduces new AI research, a flagship project on the future of work, and a commitment to digital sovereignty for small states like Malta.
