Last week, a colleague and I, both representing the 3CL in Malta, participated in the Global Youth Experience (GYE), a youth summit that forms part of Dr Gary Pluim’s participatory action research. This research explores cultural differences between nations and their potential impact on the development of a global curriculum. In an interview with Orillia Matters, Dr Pluim remarked that it was evident to him that culture matters—a sentiment that became increasingly clear throughout the summit.
