Josh Lange
Dr. Josh Lange has been developing courses, curricula, and entire university infrastructures for over fifteen years across eleven countries ranging from kindergarten to PhD, junior to senior executive, and even one President. He is ready for a rich discussion at the Malta conference!
Josh’s research has centered around open-source education and the breaking down of truth barriers in higher education. His search for understanding in this realm led to publication of the well-acclaimed “Rise of the Digitized Public Intellectual,” a deep look at ‘the death of the professor within’ open source higher education futures, and From Ideas to Enterprise, the first Intellectual Property manual for social enterprises formed in universities.
Formerly a US Fortune 500 manager, academic leader, online learning specialist and lecturer at several top-ranked universities, for the last five years Josh has been a serial entrepreneur whose companies have included the first online master classes and YouTube channel in classical music education, and now his own specialist language services social enterprise that trains the world’s leading law firms while benefitting NGOs with pro bono language services. Josh also has taken an executive role in partnerships at the newly formed Woolf University, which is challenging the very fabric of traditional institutions that limit free thinking.
In addition to many accolades including “International Teaching Excellence” awarded by UCL and Columbia University, Josh holds a Doctor of Education in international higher education, a Masters of Education in leadership, a Master of Research in post-modern children’s rights law and literature, the Cambridge IDLTM, and teaching certifications from Harvard and Cambridge universities.
