Natasha Meli Daudey is Malta’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Austria and the Permanent Representative of Malta to the Organisation of Security and Cooperation in Europe, to the United Nations and to the International Organisations based in Vienna.
Ms Meli Daudey is a career diplomat since 2001 when she joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has since then served amongst others as Malta’s Ambassador to Poland and non-resident Ambassador to Georgia, Moldova, Belarus and Armenia, as Deputy Permanent Representative to the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, as Counsellor at Malta’s Embassy in France and as Antici to the Permanent Representation of Malta to the European Union in Brussels. She graduated in International Relations (Hons) from the University of Malta and in European Politics and Administration from the Collège d’Europe in Bruges and obtained the Diplôme d’Hautes Etudes en Français and the Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures from the Alliance Française. Prior to joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms Meli Daudey gained some experience in journalism and was a visiting lecturer on Euro-Mediterranean relations at the European Documentation and Research Centre.
